Preliminary analysis by PR

  • Disconnecting the redundant chain does not improve the situation at
    • all (if we really had to work like that, I would recommand to try a threshold of 6000).
  • short circuit of the connectors brings us back to a "smooth" situation:
    • smooth movement, and apparently much better reproducibility of stop positions.
