German eROSITA Consortium meeting

Potsdam, March 4-7, 2019

for eROSITA-DE members only

Registration

The Meeting is intended as a WGs internal discussion venue, so attendance is restricted to consortium members only. External Collaborators may be invited by a WG chair, if important discussions with the rest of the WG are planned.

For planning purposes only, we request that participants register here before February 1st 2019. A fee might be requested to cover coffee breaks and social dinner expenses (tbd). Lunch is available from Tuesday to Thursday in the mensa of the University of Potsdam.

Meeting Venue

The meeting will take place at the Leibniz-Institut for Astrophysics (AIP) (opening of the meeting Monday afternoon) and at the Campus 'Neues Palais' of the University of Potsdam.

Local Information

Information on transport and nearby hotels are provided here. Please contact Axel Schwope (aschwope@aip.de) or Georg Lamer (glamer@aip.de) in case of questions.

Code of Conduct

We will not tolerate any form of harassment, discrimination and violence on any of our premises and during our meetings. The Collaboration Management will take all necessary measures against offenders.

Guidelines for Chairing Sessions

Last year, the Committee for Inclusiveness of the SDSS collaboration put together a set of guidelines for chairs of sessions during scientific conferences aimed at fostering inclusiveness and encourage all participants to take part in the discussions. These are useful measures of good practice, and can be found here.
