=== Registration ===

The Meeting is intended as a WGs internal discussion venue, so attendance is restricted to '''consortium members only'''. External Collaborators may be invited by a WG chair, if important discussions with the rest of the WG are planned. 

For planning purposes only, we request that participants [[erosita_consortium_meeting_Mar2019_registration| register here]] before February 1st 2019.
Lunch is available from Tuesday to Thursday in the nearby mensa of the University of Potsdam.
AIP requests a fee that covers coffee breaks, a room charge and the 3-course conference dinner on Tuesday, which also includes two drinks. Please indicate your preference for the main course on the  [[erosita_consortium_meeting_Mar2019_registration| registration page]] in the column 'Dinner'. The fee is to be paid via bank transfer in advance of the meeting. We are sorry but we cannot accept cash. Personal receipts will be distributed upon arrival.

The conference fee is 80 Euro.
