German eROSITA Consortium meeting

Registration
The Meeting is intended as a WGs internal discussion venue, so attendance is restricted to consortium members only. External Collaborators may be invited by a WG chair, if important discussions with the rest of the WG are planned.
For planning purposes only, we request that participants register here before February 1st 2019. Lunch is available from Tuesday to Thursday in the nearby mensa of the University of Potsdam. AIP requests a fee that covers coffee breaks, a room charge and the 3-course conference dinner on Tuesday, which also includes two drinks. Please indicate your preference for the main course on the registration page in the column 'Dinner'. The fee is to be paid via bank transfer in advance of the meeting. We are sorry but we cannot accept cash. Personal receipts will be distributed upon arrival.
The conference fee is 80 Euro.

Meeting Venue
The meeting will be opened Monday afternoon at the Leibniz-Institut for Astrophysics (AIP) and will take place from Tuesday to Thursday at the Campus 'Neues Palais' of the University of Potsdam.
The social dinner will take place in the Da Vinci restaurant (Dortustrasse 4 map) .

Last year, the Committee for Inclusiveness of the SDSS collaboration put together a set of guidelines for chairs of sessions during scientific conferences aimed at fostering inclusiveness and encourage all participants to take part in the discussions.
