As in previous months,the weekly eSASS developers meeting on the first Tuesday of the month is announced to the full eROcat list. These "eSASS Q&A" meetings are intended to facilitate interaction between eSASS users and developers. Question, bug reports, and suggestions for improvements are welcome.

The meeting will consist of three parts with the main focus today on part 1):

eROSE (eROsita Sky Explorer) is a website for browsing the eROSITA sky, querying source catalogues, importing user catalogues and doing simple catalogue matching. Initially developed by Tom Dwelly, the website is now open for testing. Please note that we do not intend to expand the feature set of eROSE as SciServer will shortly be coming online.

   * eSASS caldb / NRTA caldb (update speed, mirroring, etc.)

     * Time correction in evprep: new caldb file for time jump correction, separating time jumps from gyro/event time lag
     * Exposure maps and source detection on flare screened data
     * Exposure maps: updated vignetting (Konrad)
       * Konrad & Jeremy will interact and decide on caldb format etc.
