95 subsec events: recorded events with SUBSEC values above 95.
Data/Time events: recorded events with DATASRC or TIMESRC not equal zero.
ENV mode events: recorded events with ENVSRC non null values.
Undefined PHA events: recorded events with PHA undefined.
