= Setting up Eduroam =
 * Please have a look at the instruction manual [[attachment:eduroam_setup.pdf]] and follow the instructions for notebooks (page 1) or smartphones (page 2).
 * Brief summary:
  * Go to https://cat.eduroam.de
  * Choose the MPE aus your institute.
  * Download the installer proposed, depending on your operating system
  * Execute the installer
  * The username has to be provided like '''<username>@mpe.mpg.de''', not just <username>. The password is the normal one for your email-account.
 * Manual installation
  * In case the way described above doesn't work (e.g. Android older than v4.3) one can as well install the eduroam profile manually. Please see the settings at the bottom.

 * Bitte die Anleitung [[attachment:eduroam_setup.pdf]] beachten und die Anleitungs-Schritte für Notebooks (Seite 1) oder Smartphones (Seite 2) ausführen.
