NTP settings

To enable NTP controlled system clock 

net stop w32time
net time /setsntp:ntp1.rzg.mpg.de
net start w32time

Don't forget to set the Startup Type of the Windows Time service to Automatic. The way to go is Settings -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services
