WriteBBID

The procedure WriteBBID writes to the environment (via DEC/MEC) the Building Block identification communicated by CUS (via $BBID). For information, the BBID is composed of three fields:

Instrument(2 bits)||BlockNumber(14 bits)||Activation counter(16 bits)
